Mount Frías Horse Riding and Guanacos
Horse riding ascending Mount Frías through gullies to see the northern arm of the Argentino Lake.
We ride along the shore of the lake and after 2 hours we reach an old Estancia outpost, where we will take a rest before ascending Mount Frías. We ascend riding through the gullies until we reach the gorge, where we will see the northern arm of the Argentino Lake.
We descend into the coirón valley to have lunch, and then we continue the descent to the Estancia along the shore of the Argentino Lake.
Difficulty Level: intermediate - skilled
Duration: approximately 7 hours.
Necessary Equipment: jacket, gloves, sunglasses, sunscreen, boots, warm trousers, bandana and hat.
Departure Time: 8 am
